“Ordered a replacement QUE infotainment system for my Cadillac SRX. Ordering was very easy and the part showed up quickly. The unit was plug and play and works flawlessly as my factory unit should. The only thing I would add is maybe a YouTube link with instructions for removal and replacement for the novice mechanics. Otherwise, I have no recommendations as it was pretty awesome service. Thanks ISS!”

“First day I called and talked to the customer service about my old cluster. At first I had no idea how to send my cluster in to be repaired. So I finally got that part straighted out. The new cluster looks awesome with the updated LED blue lights. Later they actually had written me and inspected the old cluster. The soldier joints were all very weak and they stated these are common for a 20 year old vehicled caused from all the vibrations.”

“I purchased both a instrument cluster and HVAC control for my 2007 classic. The instrument cluster (dash) looks like new and works perfectly. The HVAC control fixed the normal GM problems. Temp up and down works smoothly and as the should. All lights work great.”

“This is the best company that I have dealt with when it comes to getting the instrument cluster from my 07 Chevy Silverado repaired. A Virginia compant tried and they failed to repair it. I tried a Chevy dealer here in Idaho and they couldn't repair it. ISS Automotive had a great price, answered all my questions and got my instrument cluster back to me when they said they would. It works fantastic and looks great. I would recommend ISS to anyone who needs this type of a repair. Very Happy Customer 🙂”

“Worked right out of the box. Easy to install, Thanks to their online video on installation. Returned the old cluster in the box the new one was shipped in (with the included return shipping label). They notified me upon receipt of the returned display cluster. It was also nice no core charge was applied to the purchase. Avery efficient operation start to finish.”
