“Ordering and receiving the product was very easy. Took the new system to a a local repair facility and had the new system installed. The system was exactly like the one Joe replaced. Plug and play. Very happy with my purchase. Return of the old system was very easy.”

“Nice replacement cluster all gauges and lights are sharp you can spot perfection perched a hvac as well I did not have to mess with any programming or aggravation plug and push buttons no junk or half stepping thank you”

“I called ISS and a very nice representative assured me they could fix my mysterious parasitic current draw caused by my instrument cluster. I send it to them and they did a quick turnaround (2 days) and shipped it back to me. It works great. Before I had 200 ma of current draw when my truck was off and now its down to only 50 ma. These guys know instrument clusters.”

“Our 2014 Cadillac SRX's CUE monitor stopped working. A trip to our local Cadillac dealer was NOT what we expected to have the CUE repaired or replaced. Over $2000!! We decided to research and found ISS Automotive online. After reading the reviews, we decided to go with ISS and hope for the best. We are both in our 70's and were able to remove the old CUE and install the new one in a couple of hours. The online video was very helpful and easy to follow. There was no mention of removing the CUE mounting from the old one and reattaching to the new one. However, we were able to figure that out in a few minutes. We have not experienced any issues with the new CUE and would highly recommend ISS Automotive for any CUE needs. We saved approximately $1500 and returned our old CUE, in the box and label provided by ISS, and now have the warranty to cover our new CUE with peace of mind. Thank you ISS Automotive for being so easy to work with and for saving us this amount of money and providing a worry free warranty. Respectfully, William and Linda Reddington”
