“I recently purchased an instrument cluster for my 2003 Chevy suburban. It was a perfect transaction very fast shipping excellent product. I am a 72-year-old vet living on a fixed income. This saved me a lot of money by not having to go to a dealership. The unit was very easy to install. I believe anyone could do it. Just needed a Phillips screwdriver. Thank you again for a great product and wonderful service”

“We had been looking for a while for an instrument cluster for our 2004 Escalade, but they were so expensive, and the core charge was so steep. When we came across ISS, not only was the cluster available at a discount, but the core charge was so reasonable, and only gets charged if the old one is not sent back! The entire process was so easy. We received the cluster in just a few days, my husband installed it, and it works perfectly. Core return was a cinch, since the prepaid shipping label is already included. We could not be happier!”

“Instrument cluster was well packaged and delivered on time. The cluster looked brand new and all gauges worked flawlessly. Would absolutely do business with them again.ISS is at the top of my referral list. One of a few companies now that a real person answers the phone and very responsive to any questions you have. “After a year of issues such as battery draining, gauge lights flickering, sometimes gauges would work sometimes not. We would be driving down the road and half the speedometer would just start flickering, other gauges would stop working. After so many trial & errors we found ISS Automotive highly recommended in an online blog. We ordered an instrument cluster and received it quickly. Installation was easy. Everything is working now. Very happy with our purchase. Thank you ISS Automotive!!”
