“The original unit I sent was not repaired to 100% functionality. Customer service was great in getting the issue resolved by sending a swap-out unit. Swap out unit is working 100% with gauges resetting back to "0" every time.”

“Very impressed with the replacement gauge cluster based upon quality of unit, quick turnaround time on order, and not having to pay an upfront core charge. Gauge system was very easy to install in just a few minutes. Price was about $100 less than competitors and higher quality rating. I will order again from your company should I need additional products. I will recommend your company to others.”

“Purchased a cluster for a 2003 GMCYukon. Came promptly it was well packaged to prevent it from being damaged. Perfect fit and I had no issue installing it and it lit right up. I highly recommend ISS Automotive Solutions.”

“The part was shipped promptly. Unfortunately a snow storm delayed delivery but that is not their fault. The part was very easy to install and works exactly as it should. Would definitely order from them again.”

“My Cadillac Cue touchscreen stopped working recently. I called my Cadillac dealer and since my warranty has expired, it was going to cost me $1,200 - $1,500 to fix the issue. My husband found one on ISS at about 1/3 that price and installed it himself. It works perfectly! I couldn’t be happier!”
