“I had problems with my fuel and transmission gauge not working all the time and then the lights on the instrument panel would flash on and off several times during my drive to work. Once my cluster was returned everything works except the fuel gauge. I talked to Sara and she said they would check it out again. She sent me another label to ship it back and within a week I was putting the cluster back in my truck. The fuel gauge is still not working correctly, but I believe I must have problems with the fuel sending unit in my gas tank.”

Hi Sherman, our business hours are posted on our website. M-F 8am to 5pm pacific. Looks like you emailed us several times over the weekend along with this review. Our team has followed up with you as of today, Monday morning. We have not received the cluster as you can see via your tracking number. I think there is confusion on our turn around for orders. We process orders in 48 to 72hrs and then we mail out under the 1-2 day. You had the cluster delivered in 72hrs. If there are any issues we normally send out a replacement to help with troubleshooting. All our clusters are tested before leaving so its difficult to say the issue and we normally send out another. I am not sure a 1 star review is fair to be honest. We are more than willing to work with you and have already communicated with you. Perhaps consider updating your review and this does impact business. We have very solid reviews and do what we can to help folks. Thanks for working with us and sorry things didn't work out. We can still send out a replacement if you like, but my understanding is that we are still waiting on the returned cluster to arrive.

“ISS repaired my instrument cluster and put in blue LED lights. The instrument panel works like it did when the truck was new. The blue lighting is a nice change and looks great. Very happy with the service and work they did. Marc”

“I'm going to keep this simple, just like they did for me. I purchased a new instrument panel. I installed the new panel when I noticed the left turn signal didn't light up. I immediately called ISS and it took about 1 minute to explain the issue and within the next minute I already had a new panel on the way. That was just amazing service. I received the panel a few days later and installed and it worked perfectly. I just shipped back the two panels. Companies can offer products, it's what they do when things go wrong that defines them and ISS hit the nail on the head. You know what you are doing over there, so keep it up!”
