“Great ordering experience with ISS Automotive. Received my order for refurbished gauge cluster, well packaged with instructions on how return my core. Took an hour to install the unit including packaging the core and getting it to the UPS store for return. I didn't realize the old part was so messed up until I had the refurbished one installed. I'm very satisfied with the product, customer service and ease of shipping. Michael H.”

“Quick & simple order process. Tracking sent via email. return label came with the order to ship the core back.. The web site mentions "LED upgrade" i did not see this as an option when ordering. I would have been interested in that had it been available. Who wouldn't want to improve the lighting on their cluster when swapping it out.”

“When my Yukon’s dvd player broke I thought I was going to be out over a thousand dollars to get it repaired at my local dealership. After checking online I found ISS and was thrilled that a replacement unit cost a fraction of the price and was simple enough for me (a 38 year old mom) to replace. I expected shipping to take a week at least but had the replacement in two days! I love that they offer a warranty on the new unit after returning the broken unit to them - and they provided the return shipping. I will absolutely be back if anything else goes wrong with my Yukon.”
