“I had a little miscommunication because I sent it in over the holidays. But once they got it, they did a spectacular job and when I called when it hadn't showed up the day, it was supposed to at 5:30. I felt bad because it showed up at 7:30 but the company called me back, and I assured them that I was more than thrilled with what I got in return from now so that everybody out there best serves”

“The remanufactured unit worked flawlessly. Response time seems quicker and more accurate. Literally took me 30 minutes to swap out. I bought the new head unit and the tools to remove and reinstall the replacement. Between their instructions and a video I found online, it was a piece of cake. The protective packaging was well designed and securely returned my old unit as a core.”

“The screen on my 2014 Caddy ATS quit working and eventually crazed. Some product. Well, I like the car and it is low mileage so I figured I would get it fixed. The dealer wanted two grand which quenched my desire to get it fixed. I found a site that showed how to remove and replace just the screen of the console. This approach scared me off as too subject to error. Then I found the ISS site which showed a fairly straightforward swap-out procedure. As it turned out my ATS was easier to swap than the example on their site. I spent mavbe30 minutes. To my delight the thing works perfectly and I am thrilled.”
