“A Canadian friend had bought a US truck afew years ago and has had a lot od issues with windows, speedo etc and he could not find a replacemeng. I sent one text to your firm and within 10 days you had forwarded a new unit to me in AZ and i inturn sent it back to Canada. The support dept gave us an additional 17 day grace period to return the old core and it was sent out today Feb 2/23. As I understand it all works well except for a small issue with the odometer which we are confident will be cured with a cll to customer service at ISS. Thanks. PD”

“Rebuilt instrument cluster for my 03 Trailblazer came just as ordered. Very well done. It even fixed my issue with a battery drain. Blue leds with blue needles are great. Never again will I get something like this from a junk yard that created more issues and money. Thank you ISS.”

“I had an intermittent (at very cold temp) failure on my Silverado 1500 instrument cluster, and decided to replace it. ISS was very easy to work with. When I got the model, there was an error in the programming, but the response to correct my issue was very very fast. I had to disassemble my dash again, but the customer service in resolving my issue quickly was commendable.”

“Excellent product. Proper packaging. Prompt shipping. 2017 Cadillac ATS Cue complete module/screen/unit. Replacement works as new. Shipped item from ISS was plug and play. Hired an automotive radio/stereo/alarm facility to remove old unit and install ISS replacement unit. Was charged $50.00 for 1/2 hour labor. Well worth the install charge as I have replaced dash modules and radios in my Ford Taurus in years past. Sucessfully doing this with a Ford - yet one needs specialized plastic tools, 3 or 4 hands, be a contortionist, and a complete knowledge of how each wire connector snaps. Some push in. Some push out. Some push sideways. Some don't want to push/pull out at all. Did have to contact ISS by phone before order as had no clue what the Cadillac Cue system entailed. Prompt straight answers provided.”
