The cluster did what it was supposed to do. Everything is working well, lights are working and everything is responsive.

Looks great, easy install. LEDs all light up nicely. My only regret is not doing it sooner.

I purchased a "rebuilt" instrument cluster for my 2006 F-150. Got it within a few days, installed and found that 1 of the gauges was not aligned properly. The voltage needle pegs to the right when I turn on my truck and in the off position, it is pointed up. ISS sent me a different one to replace that one. After installing the new one, 2 of the gauges was off. Engine temp and voltage gauge was both off. Just to be sure, I put the original one in and all gauges was correct. The only issue with the original one was the LCD screen didn't provide the milage anymore. So I really didn't want to mess with doing this all over again so I took the 1 with the 1 temp gauge and sent the others back. I would of thought these had been tested thoroughly.

Received Cue and took it to a professional service for installation, and it worked perfectly. Even saved all my presets. Completely satisfied.

New Cluster looks amazing. Thank you. Upgraded to blue LED backlight and blue needles. I am the original owner for my 03 Duramax and love the clean new look. Old cluster was drawing down the battery and ISS has not only fixed the battery, it looks great.

I have really enjoyed my new throttle controller. The hesitation from a stop is gone. It’s the best of both worlds, I still have the gas mileage of a 4 cylinder with the power of a 6 cylinder.

All great, except I ordered white LEDs and they are blue. I was told that's how they look and it's my thought then why are they not called blue, blue looking or non white? I would have ordered regular bulbs in white....not blue bulbs...just saying I'm confused..

Extremely satisfied with my dealings with ISS. After being quoted $1500 to replace our Cadillac Cue system I was a bit skeptical about replacing it for less than $500, however, the entire process of ordering to installation was very easy. I am not a 'gearhead' and the most difficult part of the installation was removing the trim in the correct order (thank you YouTube and ISS videos). I highly recommend ISS products for anyone wondering how long they can deal with a busted Cue screen before taking it to the dealership.

Totaly satisfied. Ordered on Monday and received it on Wednesday in New York. Unit plugged right in, absolutly no problems. Every instrument, every light works perfectly. I give out their business cards now. God bless them. Thanks David Keddy

There is nothing worse than having to wait for the power to kick in when you press the gas pedal. This eliminates the lag and can be adjusted. Great product.

Ordered the Dash Cluster replacement for our 2004 Envoy. They made ordering easy - It came quickly packaged perfectly with return information for the old Cluster. Took out the old one put in the new one sent back the old one. Now my temp gauge my speedometer and all my gauges work. Amazing company. They received my old cluster and I have a warranty on the new one. Five Star company.

I had done research regarding the trouble with my cue system for my 2013 Cadillac SRX. Unfortunately none of the trouble shooting worked. I had seen the ad for ISS but not convinced I (my husband) could install replacement. I called and spoke with customer service and was given the confidence that it was not that difficult. My husband replaced in about a hour. It was a great savings over going to the dealership. The shipment was delivered on time and packed with it was my return label. I’ve never been more excited to have my CUE system working again. Shame on Cadillac for not recalling the Cue system.
