“I ordered a replacement Cadillac CUE from ISS. The pricing was the best found anywhere. The new piece arrived within four days, using the video found on the ISS site, I was able to replace the unit. Using the SASE UPS label, I returned the old unit in the original box. ISS validated receipt of the old unit and that the limited warranty for the new part was active. I would highly recommend ISS.”

“The new radio screen was delivered quickly and programmed correctly. Thank you for getting it out so quickly as was unable to use it to program the heat or air conditioning, which is essential in Texas. Thank you again for great service.”

“I live in Michigan and I ordered a new instrument cluster for a 2003 Silverado on Monday, and got it on Thursday. Switched them out in minutes, put the original in the same packaging and put the supplied return label on the box. Shazam! Done! The fastest and simplest repair I've ever done. I highly recommend ISS and will definitely use them again if the need arises.”

“WHEN ORDERED I ASKED FOR AND TOLD THEM MY CLUSTER HAD THE TEMP GAUGE THAT I HAD PAID FOR WHEN I FIRST REPAIRED THIS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THE ONE SENT DIDNT HAVE IT LIKE ASKED FOR THEY NEED TO READ INSTRUCTIONS WRITTEN IN ORDER FORM AND ALSO THIS UNIT KEEPS NOT WORKING AND SEEMS LIKE BAD SODER JOINT I CAN PUSH ON UNIT FLEX IT AND IT BEGINES TO WORK CHRIS TEZAK 7192404422”

Hi Christoper, I reviewed the order and appears that you initially had zero temp gauge on the order. I think this may have caused us some confusion. Please contact us if the unit is not working so that we can make it right. The issue is that UPS can hit packages hard and there is a chance that things can happen. We do our best to protect the clusters, but cold temps and hitting the clusters can cause issues. This is why most people need to buy new clusters this time of year. We fully test all parts with several machines. Keep this in mind as the older parts are not always easy to ship. Hope this helps. Certainly reach out to use if still having issues.

“Everything was received in a timely manner and it all worked as it should for my 2003 GMC Sierra if I ever need a instrument cluster or a HVAC control head I will buy it from ISS again no problem, I did get the green LEDs for the cluster and man they look good I've got a new vehicle thank you take care”

“I found a short in a climate control unit, which I purchased from ISS. I called and spoke with a Customer Service rep. and was told to order a new one and return the old one. When they received the old unit they refunded the purchase price. This satisfied the LIFETIME WARRANTY. I would use them again.”
