“I had instrument cluster’s that did not work on my 2004 Ford F-150 and my 2005 Chevy Silverado after a few days wait I receive my parts and now all my instrument cluster’s work perfectly.”

“I was skeptical about them at first because I wasn't having any luck at all locating an instrument cluster for my truck and i had been let down numerous times from other competitors saying they could get it then not coming through so I wasn't holding my breath but I'm here to tell you that ISS came through in a big way they had what I needed, the price was just what it needed to be, the time it took was very fast and it was over all the best shopping experience I've had as far as online car parts go. I will be using ISS for many years to come and highly recommend them to everyone else thank you guys very much.”

“Excellent service and equipment. A local mechanic quoted me to buy my own part ($250), install it ($240) and program the VIN and odometer ($270). I bought the part for $260 with programming and installed it myself in about an hour. Great experience.”

“Thank you Very much :), Nice to have a working speedometer again. The Volt meter was broke for about last 3 years. I maintain my vehicles myself and then run them very long time. This 05 Silverado lives on. Very fast and responsive service. Thank you, Harry”

“I recently got a gauge set for my Chevrolet Avalanche with upgrade transmission cooler qnd LED lights. While there was an issue with the programming, ISS was quick to own the problem and send out a new set before my original was even returned. Great products and great customer support.”

“Took forever to get both clusters, was told both clusters were to be delivered on one day and they weren’t. Had to make two phone calls to get mileage right due to the vehicle constantly being on the move. one of them came out of the box defective and I’ve been bombarded with emails about being charged for cores. The first email came BEFORE I had the second cluster in my possession. It just hasn’t been an easy transaction. There’s been phone calls and emails flying back and forth. I’m just meh towards the whole thing.”

“Well, I thought the "third time would be the charm." I like the clear front and having lights that work in my panel, and the price is very good, but I'm tired of removing my dash cover and replacing the instrument panel under warranty. The first one sent was spot on as far as the speedometer goes, but it had a false warning on my brake booster due to a firmware issue. The second panel did not show the brake booster warning, but the speedometer was off by 4mph, and the fuel gage was off by 1/8 of tank when filled. So now to the third one... The speedometer is within 1/2 mph which is great. I don't know about the fuel gage yet as I haven't filed the tank, but the brake booster warning is back. It should be noted that my brake booster is new, having been replaced less than 15,000 miles ago. Tired of swapping panels...”
