“Ordered an instrument cluster for my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado. ISS Automotive sent me the correct cluster and everything worked perfectly.”

“Have a 2004 Silverado, I replaced all the servos and installed blue LEDs back in 2016. Lately, the instrument cluster would stop working or reset itself. Bought a replacement cluster from ISS with blue lights and blue needles. Installed it and it did the same thing. Turns out the problem was a $3.50 part from a salvage yard and about 20 minutes of splicing work. The only complaints about the replacement cluster are the needles are not installed accurately (all the needles are off by the same amount, about 3 MPH slow on the speedometer for example) and the dash lights are dimmer and can't adjust any brighter. I even installed a new headlight switch which fixed the temp/compass in the rearview mirror. Other than that the replacement is fine.”

“I purchased a gauge cluster for my 2002 Silverado 1500. It fit perfectly, plug and play with no issues. Looks brand new. It comes well packaged with a removable blue protective film to prevent scratches during shipment. I'm pleased with my purchase.”

“I replaced my Cadillac SRX on Cue touch screen with the ISS module and it works great. Per the YouTube video it takes about 10 minutes but realistically it’s a couple of hours. Delivery was good and the package came without any damage. ISS return method is very simple and notified me when they received the defective unit I removed from the vehicle.”
