“ISS Automotive did a good job breaking down and diagnosing my part promptly, but could not live up to their slogan. They could not replace the part, even though the part was unrepairable. They also would not even accept my broken part as a core when they were researching their warehouse for a replacement. I ended up going a dealership, which could get me the part within two days.”

“Easy process all the way around, from ordering,to shipping, shipping the old one back for warranty,and installation. Very easy. Nice cosmetic look too. I purchased the white/light blue color. Matches well with my aftermarket stereo. Now need to do the heating/ac to match. Thanks ISS automotive solutions. I will use again.”

“Dear ISS Automotive Solutions, I recently contacted you when my cluster panel for my 2004 Chevy Silverado went out. I went to your website and ordered one. It arrived promptly and I installed it in less than thirty minutes. You pre programmed my mileage and everything worked perfectly. The mailing back of the my old cluster panel was made easy with box and return label provided by you. Over all my experience with ISS Automotive Solutions was a very pleasant and very professionally done. I look forward to doing business with you in the future and recommend you to anyone with this problem! P.S. I like the blue led back lit cluster panel very much. “I really can’t write a short review because this was one of the best purchasing online, their shipping time & returning of the core/old part, I have made as an independent car guy in the last decade. I had worked for auto dealers for 30 years and I always felt that you should go directly to the parts department for each & everything. I have learned over the last decade of being an independent, that finding a good aftermarket source is huge & these are your guys & gals… My dash cluster, was simple to replace following their directions along with re-boxing everything up for the return & getting my warranty going on my replacement part fast & easy. Thank You again, John Duke”

“I needed to have my instrument cluster repaired and ISS took care of it quickly. I sent it right before Thanksgiving and got it back the day after. I did not expect the turnaround to be that quick. And the cluster now works great.”

“Cluster arrived quickly and ready to go out of the box. Install was easy. Gauge accuracy was different than my original unit and the faulty warning lights I thought I had on the old one weren’t resolved with the new one. Still very pleased with the replacement and would recommend to others.”
