“Recently ordered and received a repaired instrument cluster for a 2005 suburban. Lots of places to get one. But here is why I recommend ISS for one. 1. Easy to use website to find the part you need 2. No upfront core charge 3. Return label is sent with your part. Open the box, swap cluster, close box and put on label. Literally done in 10 minutes. 4. CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I had a question about the cluster and I received a response the next day (I emailed late at night). The response time and content were excellent. I made a comment after installation about how I wished I had upgraded and they let me know they could do that and gave me options and prices on how to upgrade in the future. 5. Lifetime warranty. I hope I never need it but it is a piece of mind comfort especially after the fantastic communication I had”

“First let me say, I had searched online at different sites trying to find my part (instrument cluster replacement) for a very long time. When I did find one that would fit my truck, they were ridiculously high.! I happen on ISS Automotive website , not only were they ALOT cheaper but the part came rather fast then I had expected it to. Part fits and works I couldn’t be more happier. Definitely will be using them in the future and recommend them to my friends and family especially those that work on autos.”

“I placed an order on-line, then was emailed saying that the product was out of stock and there would be a lengthy wait to receive my order. I called to cancel the order and the lady that helped me had me verify the part number on my old console and from there she was able to find something that would work. She went the extra mile and was very helpful.”

“I was skeptical about sending off the cluster but not only did I receive emails every step of the way, it was also done very quickly! Took about a week from the time I sent it off till it was returned! My son wanted the LED blue and it came out GREAT! Very happy customers!”

“This company is legit. I live nearby so I was able to drop it off on a Thursday morning and it was done the next morning. The screens in the Escalade are horrible in the heat so I’m glad there’s a cheaper alternative than taking to a Cadillacs dealership.”

“The ordering was easy. Timely shipping of ordered part. Had to return original part but I missed the page to send back with my part. Called customer service and she assured me that if I returned the part as described they would be able to ascertain my information off the provided shipping label. They did just that and I received my warrenty. Thank you!”
