“ISS Automotive Solution did an outstanding job. The turnaround time in repairing my CUE Radio Touchscreen Infotainment Nav unit was very quick. The staff in Customer Service kept me well informed on the progress of the repairs. They were very responsive. The repaired CUE works perfectly.”

“I was going to have a mechanic replace the gauge cluster until I saw your video on YouTube. It was a piece of cake and all the gauges are now working. The tach stopped working last year and then after sitting all winter the speedometer also stopped on the original cluster and I wasn't sure if the gas gauge was even working right so it was time to replace it.”

“ISS Automotive was extremely helpful when we ordered our cluster. I installed the cluster and it wasn't working. I called and they were very helpful in trying to figure out why it wasn't working. When nothing worked they told me to send it back and they were right on top of getting a new one sent to me. This one worked and my dash was back up and running. Wonderful customer service!!”

“This ends well I promise!! I ordered a new radio for my ‘16 Cadillac SRX. Arrived in a very timely manner. Set up my install appointment new radio wouldn’t power -up. Called ISS with a few questions. Melita assisted me with my questions and offered me a possible solution. Unfortunately that solution didn’t work. Off to the dealership I went. Turns out my radio isn’t bad. I had a broken radio module. Melita walked me thru the process to return the radio I purchased and I will be sending back soon. Should I need a radio in the future I will definitely be reaching out to ISS again! Great customer service goes a long way in my book.”

“I followed the instructions and plugged the dash assembly in and it worked flawlessly. Another nice surprise is that the gear selection indicator never worked since I owned this truck. And now it works! Couldn't be happier with the quality and integrity of ISS and their products and service.”

“When you have a car that runs fine, but the gauge cluster is gone bad - you just can not drive it safely. For a year or so, I was reading on internet forums about gauge cluster problems on my car, which others have experienced, but no answer on how to fix it was ever given. Then one day, while browsing the net, I found ISS Automotive. The price was right, so I placed an online order and mailed my faulty gauge cluster. In less than a week they sent it back to me fixed. When installed it, it was working just as when it was new. I couldn't be happier. ISS Automotive has been doing this kind of service for 75 years! Those are many generations of their technicians, more than enough to bring their craft to perfection. I am very satisfied with their service and I strongly recommend ISS Automotive to everyone having problems with gauge clusters and maybe more automotive problems. I am not associated with ISS Automotive in no way. I even live in another country, just across the border.”
