“The order processing was seamless and was processed with no delay. The unit was a perfect match. Unfortunately, the problem I had with my 2000 Monte Carlo SS turned out to be loose pins in the instrument cluster connector. Without a hassle, ISS accepted my return and charged me a 20% restocking charge. The shipping box and return label process is very well done. Even Goodyear said they are impressed with ISS.”

“After trying to purchase from my local parts house and I got their quote, they told me to buy it from ISS as they couldn't come close to the cost or the timeline to deliver. Since I was on vacation ISS halted the delivery to make sure I was going to be home. Delivered on time, packaged acceptable, and a return label was included in the box. It has been a few weeks after the easy install and everything is working great. Very happy with the product.”

“I ordered a replacement stereo for my 2002 Pontiac Aztek. It arrived the day after I placed the order. I was able to easily remove the old core and install the new one myself, and return of the old core was a breeze. It works wonderfully, no need to take it to a dealership unless I get really tired of the word “calibrate” on the LED screen for a couple of seconds each time I start it.”

“My 2002 Buick Lesabre Driver Information Center quit. Replaced it still no good . Found out from Local shop I needed a new instrument cluster. Went online and found ISS. Just sounded too good to be true but tried them and found out they are OUTSTANDING !. They sent me a rebuilt cluster and I had it installed and works perfectly and I shipped the old one in the container they sent the replacement in and sent it back and then they charged my credit card! How good is that. The shop I dealt with has now added ISS to their vendor list. Best internet transaction I have ever had. Trust Them!!!”
