“My cluster had several problems.The main reason I returned it was my fuel guage not working. The odometer and gear selection were also out. My cluster was returned quite quickly and looking like new. When I put it back in and cranked up my truck everything worked and looked great all except my fuel guage which still isn't working. The problem with the fuel guage is at the tank. So in conclusion,I was very pleased with ISS automotive. My 2001 Chevy 2500HD cluster looks like new [except fuel guage}. I would have no problem returning a cluster to them.”

“Had a great experience ordering a cluster from ISS Auto. From placing the order to having it on my doorstep was just 3 days. The cluster was exactly what we needed and honestly more than expected. It felt unreal to finally find a company that can properly remanufacture these clusters. This one was for an ’04 GMC, programmed correctly to miles, and it has worked flawlessly since install. “I ordered and had installed an instrument cluster for my '06 Chev Silverado 2500HD from ISS. The process was easy, efficient and altogether successful, as was the return shipment of my original core. I was particularly impressed with the prompt response I received when I had questions about the product before I ordered and after the product had been installed. The answers came quickly, were to the point and accurate. I'm glad I found ISS and will use them again if needed.”

“I have a 2016 Cadillac SRX and the infotainment system died. ISS made it inexpensive, fast, and easy to find a replacement system. J simply put in my VIN and ISS did the rest, even making it easy to return the old core system. I took the car and the ISS infotainment system into my local Custom Sounds store and they were able to replace the old infotainment system in just a couple of hours.”
