“Staff was super helpful with answering all questoins I had prior to ordering. Received in perfect shape and packaged very well. Replacement cluster works as should. Return label provided, just a drop in the box it came in and drop off at UPS. Cannot get any easier. I would use them again, if the situation arises. Very happy with ISS Automotive.”

“With absolutely no experience with installing a new dash cluster, I was easily able to do it. The video provided by ISS was excellent. Total time for installation was 30 minutes. Pop the core in the provided shipping box, attach the provided return label and I was finished. Great company.”

“I purchased an instrument cluster for my 2000 Chevy Silverado. I received it well protected in its shipping container in like new condition and with easy to follow instructions. Once ISS received my old unit, they promptly applied the 5 year warranty.”

“‘99 suburban had its guages improvising. Sent the instrument cluster in and it was returned like new. The car was $1500 with a blown engine according to the owner. Wrong. It was manifold gasket. Now iive got a limo that’ll climb a tree. Thanks guys gals”

“I ordered a cue system for my ATS. The entire process from ordering to returning my core was seamless. I appreciated the all the communications were kept short but thorough. The cue unit looked brand new even though it is refurbished. It has worked perfectly since plugging it in. I would purchase from ISS again and recommend them to anyone in need if their services.”

“Ordering my ISS Cue replacement part was easy due to the helpful staff at ISS. The part cost about half of what Cadillace could supply me with. The part was installed by my mechanic and works perfectly. I also took advantage of the lifetime guarantee (which was not available with the Cadillac replacement Cue). 5 Stars.”
