“Iss Automotive Solutions provided this best service for me while i was trying to figure out how to replace the control cluster in my 2004 chevy tahoe. You guys saved me $300.00 because a local shop wanted $500.00 to install and replace which was rediculous. By watching the video for control cluster, I was able to replace and install the cluster myself in about 45 minutes. Your service was much apreciated.”

“I found out all-too-late that the CUE system in the early Cadillac models were subject to unusual wear-and-tear. Additionally, I learned that while it was thought they’d be upgrade-able in the future, Cadillac never went forward. The result was a broken CUE touchscreen and flaking plastic over the entire unit. I could have replaced the digitizer in the touchscreen – it didn’t look too difficult, but the rest of the unit looked terrible, and I’ve worked very hard to keep the car in excellent condition. Enter ISS. I was a little concerned at the price, but I’ve tried cheaper alternatives from overseas on this and other cars and in my opinion, it’s a slightly less than 50/50 proposition that you get a good deal for the money you paid. So while ISS was a bit more on the expensive side, I decided to go with a place that already had a solid reputation and a warranty. The new (or refurbished unit) arrived promptly. You can tell that the outside finish is of higher quality. The plastic doesn’t seem nearly as brittle. The installation went off without a hitch (it also gave me time to clean out some of the nooks and crannies). There were only 2 things that I had to do. The first was, upon installation, open the door on the front of the until to get the proper clearance around the trim. There might be another way (or order of operation), but this worked just fine for me. The second was to recalibrate the touchscreen. Once these were done, the radio performed as expected. Returning my old unit was an easy task, as I just packed it back into the same box, used the label they sent me and dropped it off at my local UPS store. Overall, I’d recommend their solutions. They appear to be high quality, and the company stands behind their work.”

“My instrument cluster was easy to install, from star to finish was 45 min but had an EGT gage on stering column that need to be removed. Mailing back old cluster was a piece of cake,”

“My dealing with ISS has been outstanding. I called with questions before I ordered a new instrument cluster for my '04 Suburban, and was able to talk to a real person who was very knowledgeable and helpful. The cluster was easy to order and was delivered right on time. It was exactly what I needed and so simple to install. And I really appreciated the ease of returning my old core cluster. I used the box they sent the new one in with the preprinted labels they included. The price was very reasonable, and I couldn't be happier.”
