“I purchased an instrument cluster from ISS in June, 2024, it was delivered in about a weeks time, to my delight. Easy install, fair price. Some of the gauges failed after a week of use. A simple phone call had a new cluster delivered in a weeks time again, no charge. Some months later, this second one has been working just fine and I am very happy. I would recommend”

“ISS replaced the defective screen on my CUE Infotainment center. Was very fast. In fact, they shipped the fixed system back to me the same day they received it. Much cheaper than the dealer who wanted $1168 for just the part. Good customer service when I called to inquire about the service.”

“Wifes entertainment monitor went out on her 2015 Suburban. Not wanting to pay the stealership $$$$ to replace it, I watched a quick youtube video and decided it was easy enough for even me… lol. Tried swapping the ribbon cable which seems to often be the problem. No-go. Found myself online, searching for a reasonably priced replacement when the ribbon swap failed to remedy issue. Came across ISS and decided to place the order for a remanufactured unit. All I can say is if I ever need to replace her second unit, ISS is where I'll be going. From start to finish, the service was fantastic!!!”
