“Beautiful fabrics, very good value for money. Fabulous packaging, so good I could barely get in 😊. Also a lovely little note and gift, I will be ordering again Just to note that there were import and handling fees to pay, and these were quite pricey, but I live in France so was expecting it”

“I placed my order on August 2nd and the date of delivery mentioned was 8th of August. But till this date the order hasn't been delivered and despite repeated messages and phone calls to itokri, no one has helped me. I still haven't received my order.”

Due to the weekend and ongoing monsoon conditions, deliveries have been delayed in several locations. Our team was continuously coordinating with the courier partner and following up on your order after receiving your messages and calls. “Very poor....I am surprised that you are asking about review.16 days passed and still I haven't received the product. Very much disappointed by the fact that as a seller you even don't care whether product has reached to the customer or not....I swear this is my last purchase....”

“It took me ages to choose fabric as there's just so much! An absolutelyincredible range of different types of material and the pattern choice is just endless, and constantly changing. I was amazed to receive my order within a week (to France) and delighted by the quality when I opened my package, not really knowing what to expect. The shipping and customs charges were quite steep unfortunately (I would recommend spending the 100$ for free shipping if you can) but I still felt that my fabric was great value.”

“ITokri is an excellent site for traditional handloom and prints, all under one roof. This is my second purchase, and the fabric quality has been consistently good—I do soak cotton fabrics before giving them to the tailor. The parcel was securely packed, and although there was a brief confusion with delivery, it was resolved quickly.”
