“My experience with I Tokri was absolutely horrible! I bought a shawl for about Rs 5000. Prepaid. They haven't delivered it to me even after 20 days. They haven't given me a Refund. This is a complete FRAUD site. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

However, the contact number shared with the order was found to be invalid, due to which the courier team could not complete the delivery. “I will never order fabric at your company. 1. It takes too long to receive my order. 2. I have to pay unexpectedly more than €30,00 import fees. This should have been announced before I completed the order. That makes my order too expensive!”

“I ordered several scarfs and shawls from iTokri and they arrived in great condition. I knew they would be beautiful and the cost was very reasonable. Great service and I highly recommend them to others. The only delay was with USA Customs which required a tarif that was about the cost of the items.”
