Appalling. I have spent a lot of money with this company. Items that I bought in august have now been stated as ‘lost’ Batted off, flipped off and utterly disgraceful customer service

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM SOFABED. Sadly their employees doesn't know differences between Sofa and SOFABED. Trying to explain them by emails also with pictures they insisting sofabed has to have second part to make it bed. They thinking you need to buy sofa and also buy bed to make it sofabed. Omg sent 17 emails still they didn't understand sofabed has attached part underneath the cushion hided bed extensions. Bought from them sofabed they send me sofa and not sorting the issue. I'm going to small claim court to get my issue sorted. They need to train their employees about what is sofa what is sofabed and how they operates. Also they're stubborn about they're not admitting they've made a mistake. Disgusting attitude.

Just got scammed after buying an item which should have arrived 16 days, when chasing the item I am now getting the cut and paste response which then goes silent. This company is a scam and the more verified complaints they receive to watchdog the better. I'll be making my complaint, even Delboy and Rodney have morals

Whoever is running this company is trying to bankrupt it. Deliveries take a month, even for the smallest item and their T&Cs state 7 days but arrive weeks late. Their customer service is made of NPCs only able to copy and paste the T&Cs when confronted for being in breach of their own T&Cs they just make fake excuses. How does this terrible company still exist?

Delivery wait time over a month Poor customer service Company clearly in breach of its own Terms & Conditions, but when confronted they disregard it and refer to their "business standard" being different .... At its core, a company that displays a total disregard for its actual customers .... can't recommend

Complete scammers and con artists. Bought some antivirus software which is not possible to activate because the softwre had expired. When I complained their response was: We are an Auction House and this does differ to online stores and retail outlets. Our lots can be subject to faults, defects and imperfections which may subsist at the time of the sale. Lots at our auctions are not sold as being new, working, complete or fit for any purpose. We offer no warranty or guarantee as to the quality, age, correctness, condition, suitability, fitness for purpose or satisfactory quality of the Lot. So they are prepared to sell junk that does not work. Bunch of crooks!

Waste of time and money for online auctions. Only dispatched one of 2 items, ignored 4 times enquiring. Thankfully Jane took note and found the missing item. Delivered 2 items but still missing key parts - useless but JP are covered by their T&Cs. Don't waste your money.

Would give them a minus star review if I could. Been waiting for a month for a delivery. Have contacted the so called 'customer service' team and filled in the inquiry form and had a standard '...we will get parcel delivered when we can...' fob off. This company is shocking and their customer service is even worse. My advice...buy elsewhere.

I won an auction for a cosmetic bundle. Unfortunately all products were out of date and that detail was conveniently not mentioned in the description . Customer service advised that I could return them within 2 weeks if the auction wasn't open for viewing which they had to check. I heard nothing from them for 2 days and sent a few more emails for the following week and they were all ignored so that I ran out of time to return the products and get a refund! Extremely disappointed with such a horrible inadequate customer service, won't even mention the overpriced delivery that took a while! I would not waste time and money on their auctions again!

Unfortunately you pay premium delivery charge, the company furdeco, almost four weeks since the auction invoice was paid explained: they seldom deliver to my area so cannot tell me when the delivery will arrive. I suggested, one week two or three, the person I spoke with said sorry we can’t tell you… I contacted John Pyne Customer Services to be told the package is with the courier and that I would just need to wait. I was informed to complete a customer inquiry form on their site as that was their process…. Three weeks later, three different calls today - enough energy expired my side…. Just be careful and learn from the experience of others…

Bought delivery only items and paid invoice immediately. Still not received dispatch details nor any estimated delivery day coming up for three weeks after auction closed. Customer service despite saying will respond within 1 day do not. They cannot get off the phone quick enough and any email Response only asked you the same information such as name email adress etc that I’ve repeatedly given them. Never again. I’m now contacting my credit card company to pursue refund. Poor poor customer service that wouldn’t know customer service if they won it in an auction!

I bid on a blender but when it arrived it did not work. I asked for a replacement or refund but they said I should have read the small print. It appears they are selling anything whether it works or not. If you have any sense pay a little more and get it from a reputable company. These guys are just modern-day scammers. Don't be fooled as I was and be led into thinking it is a good deal. They have kept the money. STAY AWAY! Terrible company. Just money grabbers. Hopefully by reading this it will save you money. Date of experience: 15 August 2023

Hi All, There is a lot to take in here from the reviews about faulty goods, missing parts , failed deliveries etc. I personally have been buying for a year or so and have experienced minimal problems A) Missing quantities (I got a partial refund) B) Getting what I did not buy , so they made the order up with some other bits (okay not to bad). JP are correct to say "come and inspect first" obviously you cannot plug in a coffee machine and have one, so do not buy and stop F moaning maybe greed got the better of you ? When you buy a big ticket item you must take a gamble, if you are not a gambler DON'T BUY. From my experience as a trader it works for me , great deals very cheap but you have to use a bit of common sense and look through the blurb. Would I buy a TV , Washing Machine, etc with no guarantee NO, go to Curry's and bid them (nothing to lose) I see people buying on JP for more than it's in the shops , what a bunch of ???? they deserve to get stuffed. Anyway think twice about ALL auctions and I am very happy you lot are not buying again , more for us traders. Bye Bye and be lucky.

Scammers. Purchased 2 dash cams. I rang to ask if they worked, they said yes. When they arrived.....they didn't even turn on!! When complained they said I should have viewed them personally and read the 50 pages of terms and conditions!! My sister also purchased a toaster....when she plugged it in...it blew up and caught fire!! Very dangerous company and liars. Will never buy from them again and I've told at least over 100 people (and growing every month lol) never to use them. Use ebay or amazon or other reputable companies who at least have some decent standards not like John pye

Absolutely baffling service. I paid the invoices straightaway and 2 weeks later still had not received the items. I got in touch with the useless customer service and was told to wait 14working days. I did and got in touch again. Customer service advised to get in touch with the auction site directly and fill some forms (which they could have done themselves!). Response from the auction site: "yeah we have a backlog, we apologise, we'll ship the items whenever. It could be 30days" Their T&C even states that for deliveries "time is not of the essence" Abismal
