“This is the second time that I've used Just Junk and again my expectations were completely blown away. When I booked online, I gave a list of what I needed removed and when Jason and Ryan arrived, they came with a second truck - which I wasn't expecting and lo and behold - we made full use of both trucks. They gave me an honest assessment of the cost and within 40 minutes they were done. Throughout the process, they worked steadily and took the time to place each piece of furniture in the truck to maximize the space. They fully followed all Covid protocols the whole time they were working. Both of them were easy to talk to, and took the time to even ask me about how my parents were doing - since the last time I used them my parents were with me. Great people, very genuine. I would highly recommend Just Junk, and if you are in the Durham region Jason will take care of all you need.”

“We just had TK & a helper remove a sofa bed from our Condo. They were on time, very well mannered & got the job done very quickly. They took their footwear off so as to not get the carpet dirty - a suggestion might be to get those booties that fit over footwear to eliminate the possibility of getting hurt especially on rainy weather days. We were extremely pleased with the service & would highly recommend this company to others needing help with things.”

“These guys did an outstanding job removing a heavy piece of furniture that no charity would accept. They were very careful to pick it up and carry it out of my basement, never touching the walls of my staircase and taking it out of my home safely and securely. Their price was reasonable and I would highly recommend their services. Thanks guys !”

“Alex and his team made this really easy for me. They showed up same day I called. Before coming, they called to confirm the appointment, showed up when they said they would, and I didn't have to lift a thing! One of the items was in an awkward space and they just jumped in and got it done. Great customer service, I would definitely use them again and recommend!”

“We hired Just Junk to clear out my mothers house of stuff that was no longer needed. The job they did was fantastic. The two guys that showed up were very professional and gave us a quote that was almost 400 dollars cheaper than their competitor. “Date of service - 12/8/2020. Two young gentlemen were timely, courteous, professional and proficient. Quoted me 3/4 load after walkthrough. Helped me clear 2 sets of furniture and a huge amount of cardboard, trash, and yard waste from my house and garage. The amount of waste turned out to be a full load and they honored their quote of only 3/4 load. Would use this service again and recommend to anyone.”

“Liam and Dan were fantastic. They called ahead of the appointment to let me know they were on their way, which was precisely the time I booked online. I showed them what I wanted taken and they explained what the charges would be. They loaded and entire truckload in under an hour. They were courteous, and really efficient. The guys were great. The only negative I have is I wish the website would let us know it is in our best interest to put the junk in a room closest to the door they will be using, or by the driveway, you will save some serious money that way. Don't leave things in several rooms, there will be extra labour charges.”

“Had everything pulled and ready for them. 600.00 to fill the truck and they only took the big items which included 2 couches, 3 chairs and a love seat. To get to the big stuff they had to move smaller. They just grabbed it and tossed it making a bigger mess then when they came. Never again nor will I recommend”

“I have made 3 call asking for an explanation as to why the truck was a no show. Since it is a franchise operation Head Office says only that they are aware of the complaint and I will be contacted by the Franchise Owner. When I called today I was told I did not have an appointment yet I received a call last week asking if I wanted to change my Monday appointment to last Friday which I turned down. It would have needed two full loads to look after my need but obviously this franchissee doesnt need the business. I find it amazing that a small business treat customers so poorly during these uncertain times when one would expect they would want all the business they could get. Am now forced to hunt for another company who will honour their committments.”

“friendly and very efficient. I had a 6 feet X 6 feet area of awkward items to remove (books, old appliances speakers, etc). They were in and out in 20 minutes. I will definitely use this service again”
