I have ordered Karen Millen clothes and bags for years due to their excellent quality, fit and small, added details - details which differentiate KM from other clothing brands. I have many dresses, coats and pairs of jeans, all of which fit perfectly and which I've had for years and they still look new. I recently ordered a jumper and a couple of pairs of jeans in the sale. The jumper seemed of reasonable quality and fit (I haven't worn or washed it yet, so we'll see) , but the jeans were a much lower quality than any other KM jeans I have and the detail (eg small brass KM detailed buttons on the pockets) was just not there. Clearly the takeover by Boohoo has resulted in mass produced, lesser quality items - not the KM quality we've been used to. Really sad about that. Don't think I'll be buying 'so called' KM items again.

I bought a dress on Karen Millen website. Shipment was very fast but the quality is not worth the money. The size is way off, and their customer service is horrible. I emailed them that the dress doesn't fit and I need return or exchange instructions. They never responded. Eventually, I tried to IM on Facebook, someone responded saying they don't exchange. I wanted a Christmas dress ASAP. This is not acceptable for an expensive dress knowing that their sizes are off. Theh should accept exchanges at least. I'm size US 2. I bought size 4 just in case, and was thinking if it's too big I can give it to my Sister. Unfortunately, size 4 was too small for me! I wouldn't recommend their products. Nit worth the price really.

Happy with my purchases from their curve range however the quality of their patent slim belts which span across their dress range were utterly appalling. I received one for each dress purchased, one had obviously been worn (and returned) and was already broken at the holes and the other did break whilst trying on with the dress. I agree with the comments here already that their customer service department is difficult to identify and to reach.

My sister in law used to purchase a lot of Karen Millen clothes from one of her shops.. They were always amazing style, cut and Quality. Living abroad and seeing the online shop I thought I would treat myself now that I have lost weight.. I don't know what to say! Nicely designed lounge suit but quality zero. The trousers have completely gone out of shape. I think Lydia Millen should be ashamed of her promoting this new line from Karen Millen. I am sorry that people are so infuluenced by these bloggers they watch. If only people could and honest

Reduced quality over the years- I have worn a fabulous cardi today which is few years old but still looks amazing . The hardware is not the same either 😑 I won’t be buying again from what used to be my favourite brand.

So disappointed that KM has been sold to boohoo the quality of clothing is awful and the sizing and fit is poor I have been a KM fan for years shame the brand has been rubbished! Thank God boohoo hasn’t made any shoes with the KM name ...dread to think what they would be like!

My order date was on the 28/11/2020 the order number KUK100545844, Finally I received my parcel today but unfortunately I realized that leather pocket detail dress AKK97843 has default, the zip was torn and was re stitched also it was worn , I live in Geneva and I paid tax for this dress too , it’s need a long procedure to return the dress to uk also I have to pay for the return .I am really disappointed.

I used to love Karen millen, however the quality has degraded over the years which is a big shame. I now compare some of their quality to high street shop like topshop sadly. Karen Millen please come back!!

I ordered a coat online today. As soon as I placed my order, I realized I had ordered the wrong size and I immediately contacted customer service via email and test message--they do not offer phone contact!!! I asked them to just change the size on my order or cancel my order and I would place another order for the other size---all this within 15 minutes of placing my order--they refused to do either--stating they can do nothing once an order is placed--this does not make sense to me as they are the customer service for orders!!! They said I could return the item once I got it SO I have to pay shipping and duty now and then shipping to return the item---and then shipping and duty again if I order the other size!! I think this is unreasonable--I contacted them as soon as I placed my order--they took 15 mins to respond to my text--the e mail has not been responded to yet--they could have changed the size on the order Bad experience--I will return the coat when it arrives--but I will not order anything from Karen Millen site anymore!!!

What has happened to the Karen Millen brand. I’ve purchased high quality dresses coats, jeans and shoes from KM for the last 20 years, they were always at the higher price end, however I always knew that I would get the perfect fit - the dresses were always lined! Quality material was used and every purchase had the intricate detail that was associated with the brand. I can honestly say the quality is now shocking, material is as cheap as chips, I have returned my purchases and will not buy anything again. If I want the cheaper brands like boohoo I would shop there but I don’t. Karen Millen please review your marketing strategy and stick to what you did best, there are too many cheaper brands out their Boohoo, Primark etc you don’t need to lower your standards.

Quality is so poor designs are not sophisticated like old Karen Millen. In s nutshell it's not difficult to see this is just Bohoo premium range with the Karen Millen name. They did after all take over the company when it went into administration the manufacturing is not ethical with their own brand cheap throw away fashion. Karen Millen customers over the years will know the decline in quality and steer clear. It's also aimed at a much younger audience that's why the designs are just cheap jersey to accommodate a lower disposable income. It's not Karen Millen anymore is Bohoo sewing a Karen Millen tag.

I was overcharged on item, discount wasn't applied correctly either, than customer service team each and Kirsty took the whole day to deal with it, we're unprofessional and petty and didn't give refund in full. Shocked!

Bought many Karen Millen items over the years and the quality was always excellent, recently spend a fortune on what I thought was going to be a long lasting mini wardrobe revamp. I was wrong. The quality is terrible. Treads hanging, bobbling of trousers after 1 wear. Super disappointing and I wont be shopping at Karen Millen anymore sadly.

Bad quality items and terrible returns. I ordered 4 items and all of them were horrible quality, and it was definitely not cheap for what you got. I started the return (they do not offer free returns, which is a bummer) and it's been over a month with the parcel still not arriving at the warehouse (according to the website's tracking, but spoke to the carrier and they say it was delivered). I contacted them several times about this tracking issue and have not heard anything back from my emails. I just want my $300 refunded.

Really shocked at the poor reviews . Everything i have purchased lately has been good quality and fitted perfectly. I had to return a top as just didn't suit me and I received notification of my refund 48 hours later . I am still very happy to shop with Karen Millen as I find their styles timeless and the quality is still wonderful

I have just googled Karen Millen deterioration in quality and can see from this website most people are having the same problem. A big Karen Millen fan, bought some quality pieces over the years which still look brand new. Recently bought a green parka, which looked beautiful on the website. When it arrived I loved the style but the stitching is shocking. I did keep it but had to go around the coat with a pair of scissors cutting the loose bits of cotton off. Won’t be ordering again as one review says..New Look quality at KM prices.

Parcel did not arrive, no refund after two weeks!!! First Time used Karen Millen! After two weeks I am still waiting to get my refund, parcel hasnt arrived and no refund has been issued!!! it has been more than two weeks now, left me out of pocket, costed me extra charge as I paid with ClearPay. I will never shop from Karen Millen again!! useless customer service!!!!

I bought two leather trousers from the current collection, in the fig colour and the red colour, both size UK14. The fig color arrived with marks on the leather and buttons but, funny thing is, even though they were both UK14, the fig colour was too small and would not close and the red trouser was too big! Karen Millen quality decreased a lot and costumer services are appalling. The trousers look nothing like in the photos, the legs are not slim and they are not high waist as described. Avoid!
