AWFUL quality and packaging. if you consider yourself a Premium brand than Zara is a luxury brand. Your packaging is unacceptable for the amount of money you charge for your products who are very poor quality and the smell is disgusting. Seriously, take a look at Zara ..don't go too far, just ZARA, can learn a lot from basic standards. You should be ashamed for charging what you charge for such poor quality and unadaptable conditions of your garments. This dress came shoved in a plastic bag half buttoned not even folded...just like the previous customer had sent it back. Blazer that is H&M basic quality by the way, had this horrible smell i couldn't even try it on. SHAME SHAME SHAME

Really terrible experience. I received a notification that my order was going to be delivered every day for weeks until finally I got a sketchy call from UPS saying that they would only release my order if I provided my social security number, which obviously I wasn't going to do nor should anyone have to for an individual eCommerce order (I literally work in eCommerce shipping so it's pretty obvious this was a scam). I contacted Karen Millen customer service MANY times and never received a response. Then they just refunded my order rather than address the issue. VERY UPSET because I spent a lot of time picking out the items I wanted and then it was stressful to get constant delivery emails waiting for a package to arrive. DO NOT BUY from here if you live in the US.

So, ordered a size 6 UK. Received a size 14 UK. Wrote to them, and asked for a size 6. Returned incorrect item (paying 15 euros in postal charges). Been a good person and NOT asked for a refund on the postal charges. THEN received size 14UK AGAIN (for the second time, after I specifically told them I NEED A size 6 UK)!!!!! GUESS what will happen next- I will AGAIN have to return this, and hopefully I won't have to pay 15 euros to send this back, which was (60 euros btw)- so that I won't pay 90 euros in total, and getting 60 back from them. What a joke????

I recently placed three seperate orders with Karen Millen. One had unlimited express delivery for a year added to the basket yet was still sent via standard delivery. The other two were ordered with express delivery, which is meant to be within two days, and both took four-five days to delivery. I contacted customer service on both occasions and was not provided with any solutions / support. Overall a very poor delivery service.

Short story: product with makeup stains - not good quality for price - packing is terrible for price - not a transparent brand because they do not have reviews on their site. WILL NOT BUY AGAIN Long story: I bought a very expensive linen white dress. It came with small stains (one seemed like lipstick and another one foundation on the neck). The dress belong to the Lydia influencer collection so it sold out with in minutes therefore I could not exchanged it. The dress comes with a belt make of the same material but for that price point the least they could have done was not have those cheap thread belt loops. It doesn't have belt loops of the same material. The packaging was also terrible. The dress was about $400 and came packed like it was $20 in plastic and broken hanger. I have purchased from other stores in CHINA for less money and their packing is way better than Karen Millen.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE! I purchased a very expensive leather trench. The next day it went on sale for a 50% discount and they refused to do a price adjustment. I returned the first coat and purchased a second coat at the discounted price. I had to pay to return the first coat and I was charged for the second coat but, after several weeks, I still haven’t received it. Customer service is giving me the run around and refuse to tell me what happened to my second order. They had no problem taking my money but refuse to send me the merchandise that I purchased or answer my inquiry about it. To make matters worse, they have no customer service phone number so you have to email back and forth waiting 24 hours for each response. It’s been the worst online experience I’ve ever had.

The clothes are super expensive and not worth it. On top of that customer service is absolutely terrible and rude. Returns take over 30 days, save yourself the trouble and purchase some place else. If I could give them a 0 I would.

I ordered 5 dresses based on the chart provided by the website. All the dresses were small. I placed another order one size up and out of two dresses there was a defect on one of the dresses. Customer service was not accommodating especially that it was there defect and fault with the size as I measure my size while looking at the chart. Will not be ordering again because they wouldn’t even cover return shipping when it was there fault.

As so many of the reviews on here say, worst customer service I have ever experienced. I wouldn't buy from them ever again, as if you receive a faulty item, they will not refund, exchange or allow returns.

Wow that just wasn’t what I was expecting. I received it on time and right size but the items were so awfully made. The trousers were see through and the blouse had such a horrible stitching. Looks like something from boohoo. I’ll never buy from this brand again.

Shopping online at Karen Millen has been a truly awful experience. Two months ago, I returned an $800 coat because it was the wrong size. I still haven't received a refund. I have emailed them four times, and each time a different customer service representative has replied with a vague and unapologetic response. I expect I will never receive my refund.

Worst customer service ever! I waited 3 weeks for my items. I was told in an email I’d receive my items in 8 business days. I’m still waiting!!! I order $1200 worth of dresses to try on for a wedding. Well, the wedding has come and gone. They won’t pay for my return! I will never give them my business again and I will tell everyone not to waste their time.

Wow! Where do I start? What a disappointing shopping experience. I ordered a dress for a wedding in two different sizes after it kept popping up in my Facebook feed. I paid for expedited shipping because I was on a tight timeframe. When the dresses arrived, I was frustrated to see that not only was I sent the wrong size, but the dress itself was cheap looking in person. I promptly wrapped everything back up and started the returns process within minutes of receiving the package. However, it took well over a month and countless texts to finally get my nearly $600 refund. If I hadn’t stayed on top of it, they would have never refunded me my money. They had the dresses in their possession for three weeks before they even processed the return at my written request. From other reviewers, this sounds like a common (and very shady) practice at KM. I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Worst customer service in the business.

Fine if you get the order right. Worst returns service ever. Quality is definitely not the KM we remember. Ordered 1 coat and 5 dresses. I'm a size 10-12. Coat was more like a big 16. One dress was completely see-through. One had threads hanging off everywhere and the worst rough synthetic fabric. One dress was a size 14+ and far longer than the measurements or pictures. Only kept two dresses from entire order. Emailed returns to let them know at around 20 days I had not received a notification that the return was received and the tracking company had it as arrived. Advised would not even look in to it until I had no confirmation at 29 days. Requested again that maybe they could just check the system, make a quick call, etc.. Told no, they would do nothing until after 29 days. At 31 days no sign of anything so emailed them. Will see if they can be bothered doing anything now. 100% certain never ordering from again. I've had better quality and Customer care from Shein!

For the people asking what happened to Karen millen.. well sadly its not KM like we know it ..its been bought by Boohoo .. so that does explain it .. just Google the history of what happened..

I ordered $1200 for 3 dresses and chose express delivery on check out. Although they mentioned it should arrive 2-4 business days it never arrived! After 10 days UPS website updated to delivered while I didnt receive the package and whe I called UPS they said sender didnt ask for signature!!!!!! And the package might be lost. So ridiculous. Dont buy anything from their online store they wont care about delivery they just want your money!!!!!!

Would give zero stars if it was possible. I sent them an enquiry about a missing Australia Post returns parcel (the returns label is generated through KM and paid for by the customer) and advised that I could not get a response from Aus Post (which is usual, they usually will only respond to a company/retailer especially when it's a retailer generated returns label). It's also evident in the postal tracking that I lodged the return. I then got a threatening email back from KM (well, Boohoo) accusing me of fraud and saying the "frequency of missing return items far exceeds normal levels" - I enquired about ONE missing item and this seems to be their way of intimidating customers from following up on anything.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Would not accept a return for an item that was too small to fit me. Ever worn and the tags were still attached. Even more upsetting because the coat was supposed to be worn for my wedding photos.
