Every review here is accurate. Do not order from them. Scam, terrible customer service. You will not get your package. Very unwilling to help. Its been 6 weeks and I still don’t have my items. $1300 down the drain. Going to dispute this charge.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. My package was sitting somewhere for two weeks, and the representative said “We’ll investigate it.”. It doesn’t take more than an hour to pick up a phone and ask “Where is this package?”. Days later, the customer service representative says “It looks like it’s been lost.”. Then I speak to another representative days later and she accommodated me. What do these people do all day?

Very poor quality and they do not take responsibility for any faulty items. Only said sorry not our fault. Do not recommend

Terrible. Do not purchase from this store. They are considered to be high end store in London and established their website with shipments to US. However, there is no phone - so you can't talk to anyone if there are any issues. I requested a return and instead of providing a return shipping label, they requested additional payment for shipment back to them - that took about 25 e-mails back and forth. They charged the money and never provided the shipping label and I was not able to return. They never provided an explanation and went silent. I will sure to file a formal complaint against this company

How are these people not in jail??? My UPS says the package cleared customs 3 days after I placed the order. But it said it was stuck for like 4 weeks...But now there is no information. When I reached out to the company they stated it needs 30 days to do an investigation to determine if it's lost before they can do anything..... still no response to what happened and no clothes .. I was trying to remain patient but After seeing all these reviews I'm now thinking this is a complete scam!! $800 taken from my account and NO goods received. No refund... I was genuinely being understanding until I saw this!! There's NOOO way all these packages got lost and no refunds are given... something isn't right... i would be WAY MORE understanding if they just said something like... we ran out of orders... we are behind... we don't have the materials to make them... the owner of this company needs to take responsibility for these issues and give people their money back. Own their mistake. If I don't get a refund or my clothes in the next few weeks, I will take further action.

Disappointing service - sizing inconsistent Don't expect any "customer service" or feel like a valued customer once you have paid and received your items. For my last order, one of the dresses was "unavailable" and cancelled. The other dress came but it fitted as two sizes too small! When I complained I was told it was supposed to be "form fitting dress" therefore will look smaller - looking smaller and being smaller are two totally different things. The Customer Service agent asked if I would send photo's so I sent photos of about 6 other SAME SIZE Karen Millen dresses, including a Pencil Fit (tight from waist down) to show I'm consistent in my fitting. I was told it was the style of the dress therefore there is nothing wrong with the size! Three of the dresses I showed for comparison, came with different size belts which I also sent a photo of, really to show that sometimes mistakes happen, but Karen Millen conveniently didn't acknowledge that fact. Unfortunately I live in a place where I am charged extra customs & vat on delivery, would have to pay shipping to return and repay shipping and new customs & vat charges to receive the correct size dress - not worth the hassle and will not shop with them again. Having purchased 11 dresses in 6 months I expected more!

This company is a scam. Not sure how they're still able to operate internationally. We need consumer protection. They took my money and never delivered the items. Gave me a 30 day run around!! Their email responses suck! Worst customer service experience!!! I will never order from Karen Millen again and will make sure no one I know does either.

I wish I could give zero stars. There sizing is all over the place. One size 10 is tight and the next is way too big but I have to pay for delivery twice or three times if I try again. Customer service is a joke.

my dress never arrived and they say they won't even give me back my 200+ dollars until they are sure it is truly lost. It's been 30 days. Obviously the dress missed the celebration I was hoping to wear it to, but now my money is being held hostage as well. I'll never order again from KM - too bad - pretty clothes, awful service.

I ordered a jump suit express mail and they sent me a potato sack like dress. No way to contact, except for an email address which they haven’t responded to. The wedding is in two weeks and they’re answer to returns is for me to pay international shipping. I am livid and will stop payment through my bank if they don’t respond today!!!!

This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. They do nothing but lie. They take your money and your items never never shows! It’s a total scam! There are literally hundreds and hundreds of complaints about this same issue.

I'd give it 0 stars if I could. First order, never received and they don't have a record of it but still withdrew payment from my card and am now waiting on a refund. Second order of the same items, I paid next day delivery it's been two days and still not delivered, these dresses are for an overseas wedding this weekend. But of course they took payment already!! So nearly £1k out of pocket and no goods received. First and last time buying from them, what a scam.

They are nothing but common scammers. Paid for expedited, they have lied to me all week saying that the order was sent, today they admitted it hasn't even eft the warehouse. They took my money and I am reporting them to the proper authorities, do not buy from them!

DO NOT TRUST KAREN MILLEN if you don't have days to wait for your order to arrive.. I'm so disappointed that they let me down before my sisters wedding ceremony. Thanks to them now I only have 4 hours to find a dress for tomorrow. I am only wasting 1 more minute of my time writing this review to prevent other people to be in my situation in the future..

I placed two orders, both debited from my credit card account the next day. I did not receive either a confirmation email, nor did the orders show in my account on the KM website, after contacting customer services via iMessage finally received confirmation that I would be refunded amounts taken from my credit card account, but would take up to 10 days for this. Contacted my credit card to raise fraudulent transactions report this week and surprisingly received refund today!

Very bad customer service. Diffrent person on every e-mail and they answer no questions -only return faulty item and we see when we get item if we have a new one.. they dont wanto discount and are generally unintrested to help you

Not sure which was worse, the service or the quality of the clothing. Ordered two items separately, paid for express delivery (2 working days) for both. One item arrived two weeks after the order was placed and I have no idea where the second item is but I certainly haven't received it. The stance from customer service is that I just have to wait. It wouldn't be so bad if I knew I was the only person it happened to, but reading reviews this appears to be the general consensus. They take your money but don't send the item or deliver it incredibly late. And they couldn't care less. Any positive reviews they have are so generic and clearly fabricated. The item looked like something cheap that you would buy from Boohoo (who is apparently their parent company now) except you pay Karen Millen prices. Be warned!

they have terrible customer service, you cannot contact them by phone only by messages! I placed an order which supposed to arrive within 5-8 days, it took it 35 days to arrive, received an extra item, and when contacted them to ask them to send someone to collect the item from my home since I work from home and cannot leave the house, they said we can't send someone, even me can't waste my time to fix your workers mistake, I also ask them to exchange one of my items since it is big, they said we do not do exchange you have to return the item and buy it again! Which means that I have to buy it double price since there was a promotion when I bought it and have to pay delivery! They refused to price match the item or wave the delivery even when I became honest and contacted them to return the extra dress!!! Literally a horrible place to shop from!!!!
