“Extremely efficient. Fast shipment. I have a sentimental attachment to the artwork and was anxious to get it as it was replacing that gifted to my deceased wife. The process was fast and simple. Very important to me.”

“For well over a decade, having visited Ireland and a Kilkenny storefront, I have made them my "go to" for gifting. I literally have a lovely closet of Irish crystal, art and fragrance that is my joy to wrap for any and all occassions. Again, the customer service exceeds any retailer I have ever worked with. “It took 3 weeks for my parcel to be delivered. Kilkenny Design customer service were extremely fast to get back to me when I complained and very helpful. It turned out to be an An Post issue in the end with no actual explanation behind it, which seems to be An Post's current standard of service. I would shop at the Kilkenny Design physical store again but I won't be ordering off the website so long as An Post is their delivery contractor. I was very happy with my order once it finally arrived.”
