“Purchased high quality products in Kilkenny Designs sale, the online experience was excellent, prices posted in Canadian dollars. I was able to easily pre-pay taxes before delivery. My items arrived from Ireland to me here in Canada within about 4 business days, which I thought was amazing. I will purchase here again, thank you.”

“Ordered a bracelet from Kilkennt Design on 11th July, money was taken from my account but I never received it. Contacted you on 29th July to see what happened they said I'd put the wrong address on order. I'm not sure if this was correct as I've only lived at this address for the past 32 years and order from different companies every week and never have had an order gone missing. The girl I spoke to said my order would be sent out again but to my dismay yesterday as I was checking my bank account, Kilkenny Design has refunded me my money. No idea what is going on as I've ordered from this company before and never had a problem. Would definitely not recommend Kilkenny Design to anyone.”

“I think communication on delivery dates could be better. Delivery is also a bit slow. Other than that products very good and really like Kilkenny shop.”
