“I recently went into Kilkenny Galway to purchase prizes for a golf competition. I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady called Fortunate. “5 star - the staff are polite, personable and professional. If they don't know something, they say and bring in a colleague who can assist, and seem to use it as a learning/training/development opportunity - lovely to see. The assistance they provide, and their courtesy makes it a pleasure to shop.... which is a rare thing indeed these days.”

“The items I ordered were perfect and the shop dispatched them the following morning, but unfortunately the courier company failed to deliver my order until a week later ( I expected it to be delivered within 3 days as stated on the shops website). Don't rely on the delivery as I did, the items were to be a gift but unfortunately they arrived too late!”
