“Wonderful!!! We got a set of Belleek dinner and salad plates - wedding gift items from my Irish ☘️ family and friends. They arrived broken and Kilkenny were so helpful in exchanging them and sending out a new shipment very promptly to Canada. Thank you - excellent range of household products, jewellery clothing & newlywed gift ideas etc”

“Online shopping, delivery and customer service is great. The only quibble I had is that two of the glasses arrived slightly chipped at the rim… which is surprising given how well they were boxed up. They’re still beautiful glasses but it’s disappointing not to be able to use the whole set”

“I'm sad to say I was very disappointed with the quality of the decanter and glasses which I bought for my husband's special birthday. You can clearly see the joins in the class which makes it look very cheap and of poor quality. Definitely not worth over £100 I spent for the set. I haven't been able to return the order as it just was too inconvenient for me so I am really disappointed with my experience.”
