“The Pottery was very badly wrapped and the Teapot was broken. The small Pitcher had a price tag, which I paid more for Dan was printed on the sticker and was told Oh that is old stock. Which to me was a blow to the Stomach The damaged Teapot was swiftly replaced and the initial order arrived quickly. I would hesitate to order online again.”
