“It took a long time to get to me I ordered 2 bracelets I couldn't believe how light and flimsy they were I was giving them to someone as a Christmas present but I would be too embarrassed to give them to anybody total waste of €35”

“I made a mistake on a recent order and despite calls and emails - it was ready for shipping ( and therefore could not be edited ) . I spoke to a nice gentleman who offered to send me the "missing" item - it was a mug ( I ordered 2 jugs instead of 2 mugs) . He said it would be shipped separately but it is not arrived yet ( and that was more than 2 weeks ago which makes me think this is not going to happen which I am disappointed about -”
