“I could easily have rated Kilkenny Shop poorly due to the goods I ordered being damaged on receipt. However, the after-sales service was excellent, particularly the member of staff who handled my complaint C***s. For this reason, I have rated them 5 stars.”

“I was very happy with items I ordered, but because I live in England I was charged a few extra pounds for conversion to euros. And then I was charged by my bank for the same thing. Why do I have to pay twice for conversion from pounds to euros ????”

“When you ask customers to write a review it should be accessible while customers are browsing. You shouldn’t have to go to a separate website to read reviews. To be honest my recent experience has put me off shopping with Kilkenny online, the only way to be sure is to shop in person. And I probably won’t do that either”
