“Unfortunately bag arrived with extensive crush marks which have not come out. Contacted customer care and only option was to return in store. Bag was also more expensive online than in store despite same 40% off.”

“Ordered 2 cocktail shaker, arrived in good time but both were faulty - lids didn’t fit inside glass shaker. Website doesn’t state how to return, emailed customer service 3 times with no response. Called the number on the automated email and it says number is incorrect. Scam!”

“I purchased a few items from Kilkenny Store lately.Alot of my items were delicate but I had no worries of them arriving damaged as they are packed by perfection.You are informed on your order until it arrives at your door and the service is just excellent. When you have received your delivery you receive a beautiful thank you from Kilkenny Store and especially for supporting Irish.I have beautiful items and to know I have supported Irish products makes them even better.”

“We visited the Kilkenny shop on sat 11/02/23. The shop is full of beautiful gifts of all sorts of different things. We looked at crystal glasses in there and meant to call back on our way out of the shopping centre Unfortunately, we forgot. So I ordered from shop site .”
