“I ordered glasses which arrived broken. Ordered new ones through customer service. I was guaranteed I would have them on the Thursday as I needed them for a present on Friday. Did not arrive on Thursday. Didn’t arrive till the following Tuesday. I always try to support Irish but don’t think I will be using Kilkenny Design again.”

“I ordered online & I'm very happy with my purchase however the courier service was terrible. The package was not delivered to my house instead it was thrown into my neighbours garden during a time of thunderstorms and downpours. Besides this my neighbour has a parcel box. The courier threw it next to the box and didn't have the decency to put it in the box. My house is never mistaken for my neighbours but he chose this house because its closer to the road than mine. Unfortunately I won't be ordering online again as a result of this”
