“Happy with my purchase, great customer service. Some of the products I bought were broken when delivered. Customer care replaced it very quickly without any delay. I am glad that I purchased from Kilkenny shop.”

“I personally love Kilkennys packing I think it would be great if they had a step by step tutorial on how to use your vip rewards and they gave you a free jewellery item with each purchase and if within 5 years you spent a hundred or more euro there you get a a free 1000 euro gift card and with each jewellery order you give a reusable jewellery box thing and candle”

“User friendly site, great value, perfectly wrapped, arrived safely and quickly. I decided to place an additional order, used the phone number to leave a voicemail message to put the two orders together. No response and the orders arrived separately. The parcels would not fit in the An Post postbox which resulted in two trips for collection. A bit inconvenient however the products, Genesis & Orla Kiely are fabulous and I availed of an offer which was really good.”
