“I have not receive yet the Genesis female graduate. Customer service has contacted me that the parcel was returened as undelivered to Kilkenny Design. I don't know why it was returned because the adress was the right one. Laura of Customer service was very friendly and helpful and now the parcel is send again to my address in Holland. So I am waiting now till the parcel of the Genesis graduate arrives. I am very pleased with the service. I am also very pleased that I can order at your shop ( twice a year I go with my family to Dublin and I know your shop in Dublin) and that your shop also ship to Holland. Kind regards”

“Good experience but be warned you are charged in euro despite price shown in sterling! This was not explain on the payment page so I incurred a bank fee and exchange rate meaning an extra £10”

“I have ordered from the United States twice now and received the order very promptly. I was concerned about breakage of the pottery and, when I opened the box, I was surprised at the detailed wrapping to protect the items! The pieces are as described and I’m very pleased. I will purchase more in the future.”

“What lovely things!! I ordered the Orla Kelly placemats, cup set & tea pot: simply beautiful!! I also got a wool knit pinch that I just love. Coming from Ireland I expected a long ship time, but no—it came in a timely fashion!”

“Delighted with my purchases from Kilkenny Design. I normally visit the shop in Nassau Street if I’m in town, but am also subscribed to the Kilkenny Shop emails so had great fun browsing the website & all its offers. Website v easy to use & buy from & there was fantastic value. I also signed up for the Loyalty Card which I can use in store or online. My shopping was delivered v quickly & carefully & was v well packaged. During the time from ordering to delivery I received emails to let me know the status of my order & when it would be delivered which was great. Very happy with everything & have received great compliments about my purchases.”
