“Customer Service was a nonstarter. I made two tickets and nothing. I left a message on the voicemail and nothing. I placed an order on 27th November and received it last Friday.”

“Hi Order No: 110018212 Just so you know I ordered this on 27th Nov and have yet to receive it. GLS says it was due for delivery today and surprise surprise there was no delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. Any other shops orders arrived within 5 day as the longest.”

“There is no warning when ordering IN POUNDS that the item will incur duty and additional VAT because the delivery address is in England (unlessof course you trawl the depths of small print). £51.39 duty on an item. Also note, the exchange rate appears different to anything on line making the item over inflated in the first instance. There is no facility to reject the charges, therefore no method to expedite return or then get money back. Customer service doesn't actually answer the questions posed and instead sends generic responses, effectively saying it's not their problem.”
