“Easy to order and quick delivery. Bought a chain as a gift I was a little disappointed the box the chain came on looked old and a bit worn onbthe outside but other than that very happy.”

“Good service -items arrived safely ,well packaged and in good condition. I had thought that ,as I was a first time online buyer ,I would benefit from a reduction ,but I think this only applies to some items , and not to the items I bought (Voya) which was a bit disappointing ,but all told the purchase and delivery was very satisfactory .”

“Ordered orla kiely jars how ever when recieved them they were not the right colour in middle of wooden lids. When I called customerservice they check and said what was online what I thought I liked was incorrect. Very misleading need to get the description right. I kept them but wasn't what I wanted . Nothing was offered to me as a good will gesture so reluctant to order anything now. Disappointing.”
