“There should be no delivery charge on items in the Dublin area”

Dear Christine, We really appreciate your feedback but unfortunately due to our warehouse location and the cost of freight there are delivery fees. The delivery fees would have to be applicable on any order under 89 euros. We look for forward to you shopping again with us. Kilkenny Design Team!!

“Wonderful personalized service from such a friendly voice on the phone. My husband was on a short visit from Canada and was picking up Irish made beauty products for me. They were all bundled and ready for him when he got to the store. Thanks to the girl on the first floor from Karen!”

“The packaging on my parcel was extremely excessive. I had ordered a mug along with some jewellery. Obviously the mug needed to be protected but it was wrapped in layers and layers of bubble wrap, came in a huge box with lots of paper surrounding it. Otherwise the order came very promptly. The selection on the website is not as good in store.”
