“The items I ordered were perfect and the shop dispatched them the following morning, but unfortunately the courier company failed to deliver my order until a week later ( I expected it to be delivered within 3 days as stated on the shops website). Don't rely on the delivery as I did, the items were to be a gift but unfortunately they arrived too late!”

“US site did not have an accurate description of product. It described the item as a quilt, but what arrived is a duvet cover that requires a quilt to be inserted into it. Customer Service wasn’t helpful, just said, yeah it’s a quilt/duvet, obviously.”
