“I am always a fan of kilkenny shop down through the years. I love my purchase but was quite disappointed when the painting arrived with a chip in the frame. Painting itself is beautiful, was just disappointed considering the cost of the Painting overall.”

“I always love getting into the Kilkenny Shop. They stock a lot of my favorites, in nearly all departments. I also love picking up some unusual items for presents or stocking fillers. So much choice and always new supplierss coing on board.”

“Tried to contact customer support to help with a tech issue I was experiencing on the website to make a large purchase and was offered no help at all - couldn't process purchase over phone, couldn't advise how to correct the issue on the website, couldn't hold the items in-store so I could come to purchase them in person. Ended up costing significantly more to purchase the items, which obviously serves company's interest but would definitely recommend against purchasing from them.”
