“Paid premium for express shipping however package was shipped via regular postage. Price of some of the items purchased went on sale within 2 hours of my purchase. I was told the sale price would be honored but it was not.”

“Ordered a gift for express delivery. No details of expected delivery shared. Had to chase. “Chat team” were not helpful… the answer I got was “the courier had a failed attempt to deliver”. No offer to arrange another attempt. Would love to be promoting Irish goods abroad but not with buying them as gifts from Kilkenny Design. Over all bad customer service.”
