“I ordered a lamp made by Galway Crystal. It arrived broken. I was sent another one. It didn't look like a quality item so I tried via Galway Crystal and Kilkenny Design to find out where it was made. Kilkenny design informed me it was made in Ireland. Sadly the sticker on the bottom of the lamp showed it was actually made in China. I feel duped.”

“Bought a beautiful Waterford Crystal lamp online from Kilkenny Design and got it delivered to my home. I was worried about this as the shade was obviously made of glass but I need not have, came in perfect condition- well wrapped and taken care of by the delivery team. We’ll definitely shop there again and would highly recommend.”

“Killkeny shop in Pavillions, Swords is brilliant, Karen and her team are attentive and they handle my request for my shopping online very well,however my order came wrong to the shop, I've ordered Rosell velvet black trouser and other product came, the only reason I gave 3 stars is because the warehouse need to be aware of orders and manage products, I really love to have those trousers, but next time maybe*)”
