“Never have I been disappointed with my purchases and deliveries with Kilkenny shop. I had to return an item last week and it was a seemless process with very helpful shop assistants too. Delighted to deal with Kilkenny Shop.”

“Do not buy anything from Kilkenny Design if you live in the US and might need to return/exchange it. The return shipping is on YOU (very expensive) and then Kilkenny Design refused the package. Ultimately, it was returned to us by Irish Customs (apparently there is an additional customs charge which Kilkenny Design didn't mention when I contacted them in advance of sending the package) and I was out $70 in shipping costs. What a waste and now I have a $250 men's jacket that my husband cannot wear.”

“Once my earrings were shipped and arrived in England I received them fairly quickly. They were well packed in nice little gift boxes. Unfortunately the stone fell out of one of my earrings on day 2 of wearing them. Thankfully it happened at home and I found it in the lounge. I glued it back on with superglue and it has been fine since. This was a fault from the manufacturer. Had I lived nearer the shop, I would have gone back for another pair, as this should not have happened. I'm still happy with my buy though, and I would not hesitate to buy something again from Kilkenny Shop!”
