“The product was as good but the delivery company GLS was delayed with package and delivered yo the billing address instead of the delivery address. I bought this item for a present to give to someone abroad and had intended to bring it with me but due to delay with delivery and misplacing package, I was not able to take it with me in time for my flight. Please consider changing courier for improved delivery service.”

“Experience with Kilkenny design would be 5 stars but my experience with their delivery partner has resulted in the 3 star review. Constant notifications to say could not deliver despite someone being in the house on numerous occasions, attempts made to contact company (GLS) not possible as phone lines down. Attempts to redirect delivery also not possible as links not working. Eventually had to contact Kilkenny design customer service who were extremely helpful and ensured delivery.”
