“Kilkennys designs customer service was incredibly frustrating. They guaranteed Xmas delivery before a certain date it was called out specifically on their website but once they handed over the item to an post who were back logged they washed their hands of it. All my emails regarding delivery date were sent to different people, every person had a different unhelpful response. And obviously were notbtaking the time to read my querie fully. When I finally did speak to someone they said they'd call me back but never did. I won't be shopping with them again ... especially as item arrived damaged ... not worth even emailing them about it as its not worth the stress.”

“I ordered a quilt and received a duvet. I got nowhere when asked for a return label so that I can return it. I'm asking for nothing for my troubles. I just don't want to pay shipping again for an item that was described incorrectly on the site. None of the multiple customer service people were helpful. They just told me repeatedly that a duvet and a quilt are the same. They don't seem to be bothered about losing a customer.”

“Awful service. Items ordered on 13th December while website advertised that they could still be delivered for Christmas. Still have not received. rang Kilkenny shop on 27th December and after holding for a long time was told that the persons answering phone were only relief staff and could not answer queries so i had to call back. Rang the delivery company, they said they could not talk to me with out invoice. I emailed Kilkenny shop and still have not received invoice. waiting on refundd now but no confirmation. Will never use this company again”

“A poor shipping and delivery experience. 1. The email from KD, confirming shipment has occurred, contained a shipping reference number. No reference or link to a Shipper / Courier was included 2. Sought help from customer support. Customer Support agent unable to provide any details, requested contact details and informed me I would receive a call-back within 24 hours. No call back received. 3. Shipment should have been delivered before Christmas, it wasn't. When contacted, KD stated the shipper had made two earlier attempts to deliver the package. No note, message or any other type of communication was left at the recipient's address to indicate this - not convinced the shipper's claim of attempted delivery is accurate.”

“I love the selection of goods on the Kilkenny design website and have purchased several times in the past. But I have a huge issue with the delivery time scale it's so slow. I just don't understand how other company's mange to do next day delivery or within 3 days. I think you need to look into this issue.”
