“I’m a regular shopper in Killkenny Nassau Street . Like clothes labels . Staff always very helpful . I have a problem with lack of sufficient hangers in changing rooms or chair / stool as it means having to put my clothes on the floor which , to Me , is horrid .”

“Received the bog buddy lovebirds but there was insufficient padding in the box to protect the peat in the frame resulting in cracked peat and an in person return. Customer service in store was good.”

“Good product bought for a present, was a little disappointed with the tracking information as I was given a tracking number but had no idea who the carrier would be. The parcel was delivered while I was out and taken away again and re delivered three days later. It made things a bit tight because it was bought as a gift and only just arrived on the day”

“I loved Kilkenny Shop when I lived in Waterford; often shopped there. Now that I am back in the US I'd run out of one of my favorite room fresheners, from the Max Benjamin line, and decided to treat myself to a refill for Christmas. The order came very quickly, perfectly and environmentally packaged. I can't afford to shop very often but will always "return" to Kilkenny Shop.”
