Do NOT use this aggregator. I booked a round trip for three of us to Paris. The outbound ticket had Carryon bags included and the return made no mention of it. I had to pay another $250 for three carryon baggag!!!. It was not indicated anywhere until I got to the checkin counter. I called kiwi and they were most unhelpful saying I never added it! How is a round trip booked with different limitations and nothing communicated?

Stay away from this company, flight times change constantly and there is no flexibility in partial cancellationsI booked a return flight with this company from Perth to Kuala Lumpur transiting in Jakarta. They advised that the one of the leg from Perth to Jakarta has been cancelled and advised that I need to pay more money to book another flight from Perth to Jakarta to make the travel work. Once I researched I found out I could buy another flight from Perth to Kuala Lumpur cheaper than the additional money I need to pay Kiwi.com I advised I would like to cancel their flight and to be refunded for the partial journey and retain my flight from Kuala Lumpur to Perth. Additionally they have also moved my time for the flight from Perth to Kuala Lumpur without any consolation. They are not flexible and has mentioned to me this is not possible despite they book each flight individually. This means that I would not be able to cancel my flight and refund despite it has disrupted my travel plans. I would never use this company again and advise everyone to stay away.

Travelers should avoid booking with Kiwi.com if refunds for cancelled flights matter to you. I have been waiting for four months even after providing multiple emails from the aiine that they had already communicated with Kiwi to refund me based on the airline’s cancellation. Another flight was cancelled immediately after it was confirmed and I had to go through the refund procedure and waiting game to get the money back for that one too. Apparently Kiwi.com is just not interested in customer satisfaction! TRAVELERS BEWARE!

I will advice any reasonable person never to use this guys, bunch of scammers claiming to be travel agency, they cancelled my flight twice and did not provide a reasonable alternative to get to my destination. I was stranded with my family of 4.

절대로 키위통해 예약하지 마세요. 여러모로 추가비용에 돈만 뜯기고 문제해결은 아주 늦습니다. 잘 알려진곳에서 돈 조금 더 내고 하는게 결론적으로는 마지막에 가격이 똑같고 효율적이예요

Kiwi .com ,will take your money charge for services and them when you get to the airport, you learn they never put in the services you paid for ,specifically your luggage, be aware

This company is the most heartless brutal people I have ever come across. We have a friend who lost a close family member, and when trying to book a flight for the rest of his family to come, through human error of a bereaved person, accidentally booked the wrong dates. When contacted immediately, Kiwi.com response was “sorry, too bad”, even when the airline said they would unequivocally reimburse kiwi. He is now out over $3000. I am shocked at the appalling behaviour of kiwi.com. Horrible, horrible site and company. Do not give them your business. I can see this may not let published as it’s not me that booked, but hopefully someone with some humanity will reach out to fix this appalling issue.

made a reservation for 3 flights for me and my family, i entered the wrong date by mistake and i called them.immediately , 3000 dollars of flights in europe , within 5 minutes i called the call centre in the uk, i was transfered to an indian call center, even though i had not even received my confirmation yet, they told me it wasnt possible i called turkish airlines immediately and they said it was possible at 65 usd per ticket , i agreed and was informed to call kiwi , some lier called me from the companh telling me he was a supervisor and agreed to send me a link to change the flight at extra cost, i agreed, never got the message so i called again, then the indian lady said they didnt send the message as he was not on shift .. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY , SCAMMERS , as a hotel owner i will make surs i twll all of my guests never to use this disgusting lying excuse for a company 🤢🤢🤢

"The worst experience! I've worked with them for over 40 flights because of the convenient menu and self-registration option, but my latest experience simply shocked me. The price was inflated by 25 percent above the airline's official rate. Deception occurs when adding baggage — Kiwi charges $88 for it, while it's already included for free by default. Support said it's their commission. Guys, what about your slogan 'the cheapest tickets'? DECEPTION, FRAUD, and SCAM — I lost over $100. Moreover, if I had bought tickets directly from the airline, I would have been able to change tickets and have a larger baggage allowance. After this experience, I'm ending my use of their app and will look for alternatives for future flights. My main complaints are: 1. inflated price; 2. limited options for ticket refund or exchange; 3. reduced baggage weight without warning."

Everyone whos writing about excellent experiences is because they havnt had any issues with their flights.. but trust me, as soon as there is any issue you can expect no help whatsoever from kiwi. Me and my family got stuck at the airport in Venice and i was in contact with different workers from kiwi at least 12 times during a timespan of 2-3h.. no help was given and now they act like they wanna help me as long they can get my booking number.. as if i havnt given them that already on those numerous calls i made. Fake company, bunch of thieves!

Booking reference number: 522280154 Unprofessional agency Good day to you all. I never write reviews but I would like to write this one just to prevent people "falling" in this "trap" that I did. I have booked flight from London to Munich in June 2024.I had 2 hour 10min layover and then flight from Munich to Marsa Alam. Unfortunately BA flight was late 1 hour and 10min so I missed my layover flight from Munich to Marsa Alam.Next available flight was in 2 days time.When I called KIWI.COM to ask for refund I was told to call myself BA airways and ask for refund myself.I called BA but unfortunately they said they can't help me.Then I called KIWI.COM again and told them what BA rep told me.Unfortunately Kiwi rep told as well if BA can't refund you then we can't as well. This is so so unfair and unprofessional.I have payed them the fee to book me flight and now they are NOT willing to refund this flight.I have to do the work for them and call BA and Air Cairo to do so.What kind of agency does this.Please please be careful with this company and book directly with proper airlines. Thank you

HONEST review of Kiwi.com the worst in the world I only gave it one star as there wasn't an option to give a zero. They offer the cheapest, most horrible and uncomfortable flights, often spanjing over many days with long connections, the timings of which they get wrong. They don't tell you about visa needs and nothing extra at at all is included. Improvise you will lose more time and money going with them than with going directly with an airline or going with an actual good travel booking service. Their customer service is vile and they'll charge you extra any chance they can. I would rather never travel again than go with them. I nearly missed flights, ended up spending more, they got my names wrong on flights which I also had to pay extra for and received nothing but vile rude unprofessional customer service. Also, I spent 22 hours on one airport which I couldn't leave due to visa restrictions. DO NOT EVER GO WITH THEM. Date of experience: January 05, 2024

The site does not honor the 24hr grace period for international flights. Moreover, when I was on the line with customer service waiting to speak with a supervisor, my call dropped two times. Coincidence? I spoke with the airline together with the customer service representative from Kiwi confirming they would process the refund and they still did not help me. NEVER AGAIN BOOKING WITH THEM! THIEVES

Do not use them. My flight was cancelled and they didn’t let me know, so I didn’t find out until I reached the airport, and then was forced to buy a last-minute ticket with another airline to be able to make my connection. They refused to refund anything.

Very bad service. Flight changed by an entire day but changes weren’t clearly highlighted to me and I ended up noticing the day I was supposed to originally fly out. Kiwi.com staff were not helpful at all

SCAMMERS. This company is the worst thing that could happen to you. They ruined my vacation trip. Everything cost about $700. There was a flight change, and they only reimbursed me $160. Complete thieves.
