“The prices were competitive. The response to the purchase was prompt. The Laptop was delivered within a couple of days. Much less time than originally quoted. The laptop arrived well packed. The delivery company contacted me beforehand to let me know when the delivery would be. I had no reason to contact Customer Service and have no need on this occasion to use their returns service.”

“Come across Laptops Direct whilst searching for a new mobile phone. Laptops Direct came up £50 cheaper than their nearest rival Amazon for a a Huawei P20 Pro. I was sceptical by the big price difference and having not heard of them before and previously been caught by foreign sites posing as UK sites selling goods way below price only to wait ages for the item to arrive from abroad and then get stung by custom import charges. However I'm happy to say that Laptops Direct went way beyond my expectations on on price and service. I ordered my phone in the evening and it arrived just after lunch the very next day and they used DPD to deliver my phone which was a big plus for me. On my first time experience with Laptops Direct I can not rate them highly enough they will definitely be first choice next time around.”

“Really needed a laptop with 8GB of RAM and was looking at spending £800 at Currys. Thought I’d check the refurbished ones out and got a HP one for £250. I did have to wait about two weeks for it to arrive but this was clearly communicated to me before I made the purchase. So far so good. I was pleasantly surprised with the prestige condition the laptop was in it looks brand new and so far it’s running fast. I haven’t tried to edit videos on it yet so will have to wait and see. PayPal pulled through the wrong billing address and laptop direct didn’t cancel my order once the system didn’t match. I sent an email out of hours and it was all rectified by 10am next morning so service was bang on too. The negative reviews below all seem to be regarding delivery 🤷🏼‍♀️ Great experience so far.”

“Very pleased with set ice. Wasn't quite the lowest price for the refurbished Huawei phone, but they had stock of the pristine grade I wanted. Delivered the next day, in the original box, complete with everything - headphones, adaptor, USB lead, charger and sim removal tool. Delighted, and would use them again without a second thought.”
