“Not really much to say, ordered my laptop which they said was in stock. It arrived on time and was exactly what it was supposed to be. The price was at least a £200 cheaper than any laptop I could find of similar spec, and was £300 cheaper than the manufacturers rrp.”

“Ordered a Lenovo Duet Chromebook from Laptops Direct as it was the best price on the day. Payment online came back as 'ERROR' and was not accepted, so I made an immediate call to Laptops Direct who took the order and payment over the telephone. Checks were made to ensure that the original online payment had not been received and only one order would be processed. The Chromebook arrived the following day, as promised, in perfect condition. The Lenovo Duet is brilliant and lives up to the excellent reviews seen on the internet. A big thank you to The Laptops Direct Team”

“Ordered an ultra wide screen monitor, delivery with laptops direct are always quick as next day. there was a slight delay at the warehouse and arrived a day later on the saturday instead with a refund of delivery cost. Very happy with the service response time also.”

“Ordered my Lenovo laptop on Bank holiday Sunday and despite being told it would not be delivered the earliest the following Tuesday it actually arrived on Bank holiday Monday. Excellent service. Very pleased.”

“I chose Laptops Direct to buy this laptop for a gift for someone after buying a pc a couple of months ago and being delighted with the service and the product. My friend received the laptop the next day as promised even though there was an error in my payment which I did not correct until 10:00pm the day before. I wouldn't hesitate to use Laptops Direct again and recommend them to everyone!”
