“Delivery was Ok. However computer developed a minor fault (2 keys not working) and we sent it back for the 'ucover' service (laptops directs own warrantee service) to repair - has currently taken over six weeks and despite numerous calls to them (we have had no outward communication from them) we are still waiting on a part with no expected date for the repair to be completed and no efforts by them to sort things out - far from idea given this is a child's school computer and mid GCSEs. Dont use this 'service'. I do not recommend them.”

“Everyt hing was fine until the laptop was delivered. Outer packaging was intact, however the box containing the laptop had obviously been opened before. The seal was broken and inside the power adaptor was no longer in it's plastic wrapping. To be fair, the PC did not look like it had been taken out of it's packaging, but who knows what had happened to it. I did raise a support call, with the promise of a reply within 24 hours. Got no response, which is disappointing. PC seems to be fine, but would have preferred it to have been unopened.”
